Who operates this website

Morrison Creative Co. is the business name used by Jacob Morrison, a sole proprietor based in Anderson, South Carolina. This policy covers morrisoncreativeco.com and its contact form. The site presents my portfolio and accepts business inquiries from people in the United States.

Information you provide

When you submit an inquiry, I collect your name, email address, company name, message, and any other information you choose to include. I also receive information you send directly to jacob@morrisoncreativeco.com. Please do not include payment details or other sensitive personal information in an inquiry.

How I use inquiry information

I use this information to respond to you, discuss your project, evaluate whether my services are a fit, and manage our inquiry correspondence. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or promotional email list. This site does not accept payments or offer account registration.

Access and service providers

Jacob Morrison is the only person within Morrison Creative Co. who accesses inquiries. Framer hosts this website and processes contact-form submissions, and my email provider processes inquiry emails. These providers handle information as needed to operate their services. I do not sell inquiry information or use it for targeted advertising. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Framer’s built-in, cookie-free analytics to understand overall site activity, such as page views and referral sources. Framer describes these analytics as anonymized and not identifying individual visitors. I have not added Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or other marketing tracking tools.

How long inquiries are kept

I retain inquiry records for two years from the date they are received, then delete them unless a longer period is required by law. If an inquiry becomes a client engagement, project records may be subject to a separate agreement and applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Your information and requests

You can ask to access, correct, or delete information you have provided by emailing jacob@morrisoncreativeco.com. I may need to confirm your identity before responding. I will consider requests subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations.

Other websites and policy updates

Portfolio links may take you to client websites or other external services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. If my website features or information practices change, I will update this page and its effective date.
